Weather to Warm to 70s and 80s Through Weekend

After rain at the start of the week, temperatures are expected to heat up today through Sunday.

 

Winter. What winter?

After cloudy skies and rain at the start of the week, the forecast through the weekend calls for unseasonably warm temperatures and sunshine, according to the National Weather Service.

The high for the Walnut and City of Industry area is expected to reach 79 today and dip to 47 for the overnight low.  Thursday’s forecast calls for sunny skies with a high near 82.  The overnight low is expected to be around 48. 

More of the same sunshine and warm temperatures in the high 70s is expected for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.  The lows call for temperatures in the mid-to-low 40s.

The warm weather is expected to calm by Monday, with highs expected to be in the 60s.
